We mostly hung out around the house today, but we did take a trip down to the beach.

And even though the air temperature is pretty warm, around 65F, the water being 56F feels very cold.

Lots of this. All four kids have an iPhone or iPod to play music and games.
After the beach, we sent the parents off to Hollywood to see Cirque du Soliel IRIS that we had seen a week earlier. We took the kids to go see the new Muppet Movie and it was a big hit.
First everyone got a huge tub of popcorn and were able to add their own seasonings like tons of extra cheese, ranch, and butter oil. They enjoyed it. Afterwards we went to Little Caesars and each kid got a bag of breadsticks all for themselves.
The adults were off having their own adventures. The trip to the Kodak Theatre goes through Beverly Hills.
They liked the show too.
While everyone was gone though, we watched Prep and Landing. Of course we had to wear our hats...
